We offer a smart ground floor holiday apartment to rent in Oliva, Costa Del Azahar, Spain. Situated in the old part of town, it is just a short walk to the town centre and all the amenities that Oliva provides. The apartment is ideal for families; it has a spacious lounge with a double sofa bed, a dining area, fully equipped integral kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom. There is also a cot and high-chair for the smaller guests upon request. there is plenty of space in this apartment Upstairs we have a large roof terrace (10m x 3.5m), from which you can enjoy amazing views over Oliva town to the Mediterranean Sea. Infact the views stretch for miles, both inland, along the coast and out to sea. Here you can use the gazebo, sun loungers, tables, BBQ etc. to enjoy the endless days of sunshine in this part of Spain. one of the wonderful views from our roof terrace, all the way to the sea All bedding and towels are provided (except beach towels). We also have an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and tongs, adaptor plugs, TV and DVD player. There are also plenty of books and childrens games in the apartment. We can provide a washing machine facility should you want it. Heating and air-conditioning is via a central unit. There are also with several beach chairs and a sunshade for you take down to the seaside - the beach is less than a 30 minutes walk or a short drive away. You will find a very comprehensive information pack to use during your stay, with lots of ideas on what to do and where to go in and around Oliva. It includes a local map of the town, bus timetables etc. and a Welcome Pack on arrival.
