Prices 2012   January to March *180€ April to May *200€ July to September *250€ October to September *200€ All above are complete months   *Prices quoted in respect of 1 x double occupancy on a weekly basis (one couple).  Additional guests, up to maximum capacity, will be charged a 50€ per week supplement. MINIMUM 3 NIGHTS. A deposit of 50% of the full price is required to secure your booking. You may pay by Paypal (a quick, easy and safe method) using a credit card, bank transfer, debit card etc. The remainder is due three weeks before your arrival (via Paypal). The Paypal link is below. After we have dispatched your confirmation, no further reminders will be sent. BOOKING Your holiday is confirmed when we receive your deposit together with your booking details. YOUR CONTRACT A binding contract between us comes into existence when we dispatch your confirmation. Please check the confirmation as soon as you receive it and raise any queries immediately. CANCELLATION Notification of cancellation must be received in writing. In all cases the deposit will be forfeited unless another party takes the cancelled time, in which case a refund, minus a 50 euro administration charge, will be sent to you. INSURANCE We recommend you should have travel insurance that will be adequate to cover your party during your stay with us. We also strongly recommend that you obtain an European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) when travelling from the UK or other EU member states. PERSONAL INJURY We accept no liability for the death of, or personal injury to, any persons on their holiday, or for any loss or damage resulting therefrom. We accept no responsibility for strikes, war, sickness, acts of God etc over which we have no control. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES Arrival time would normally be after 2pm (ask if you want to come a bit earlier), departure time is before 11am (ask if you want to stay a bit later).
